Create a service account to authenticate with the
Google
domain

Perform these steps only if
BlackBerry UEM
is not already connected to an existing
Google
managed domain.
  1. Log in to the
    Google
    Developers Console with the
    Google
    account that you want to use to manage your project.
  2. Create a project.
  3. Select the project and create a service account for it.
  4. Give the service account the
    Basic > Editor
    role.
  5. Select the service account and add a new P12 key.
  6. Copy the private key password and save the certificate on your local machine.
  7. Locate and copy the unique client ID and email address of the service account.
  8. In the section for enabled APIs and services, search for and enable the following APIs:
    • Admin SDK API
    • Google Play EMM API
    • Chrome Policy API
