Sending commands to your device
Using
BlackBerry UEM Self-Service
, you can send various remote commands to your device. For example:
- If your device is lost or stolen, you can remotely lock the device or delete data from the device.
- If you forget the device password on youriOSorAndroiddevice, you can clear it.
- If you misplace youriOS,Android, orWindows 10 Mobiledevice, you might be able to useBlackBerry UEM Self-Serviceto locate your device on a map.
- If you lose youriOSorAndroiddevice, you can turn on Lost Mode to lock the device and set the message and contact information to display on the device in case someone finds it.
Your device must be turned on and connected to a wireless network to receive commands that you send from
BlackBerry UEM Self-Service
