View an event
Open a calendar event to view its details. Meeting invitations can also be accepted or declined. The event record contains all the meeting information added by the organizer, including required attendees, conference URLs and phone numbers, and notes.
- Tap the Calendar icon in the Launcher.
- In theAgenda,WeekorDayview, tap the calendar entry.
- Scroll up or down in the Event record to see all of its contents.
- If you haven't accepted or declined this invitation, you can see your available options at the top of the screen. Choose fromAccept,Tentative, orDecline. You can also choose to send a custom response to the organizer.
- If you are using aniPhoneand a phone number is provided for conferencing, tap the phone number to join the conference. If the phone number contains a conference code, tap the phone number and then tap the conference code in the pop-up screen.
- To join a conference for sharing and collaboration, do one of the following:
- If a web conference URL is provided, tap to open it in the browser on your device.
- If a Join button is provided, tap it to open the associated conferencing app on your device. If an event has multiple links to different conferencing platforms,Microsoft Teamswill always take priority if it is enabled.
