Read the desktop app log

Windows

  • Click the globe icon in the System Tray and then select
    About
    >
    Open Log File
    .
  • The log is stored in
    C:\ProgramData\BlackBerry AtHoc Desktop Notifier [edition name]
    . The log accumulates to 1 MB, then is overwritten.
Log Format
The following is an example log entry:
