Validation error (Mac)
When a user gets a Validation Error page while using any of the Self Service menu options available in the desktop app (or any other service menu option that goes through wwwroot/sps), the may be a browser setting that is blocking use of the Safari extension. Verify that the AtHoc ADC Extension is enabled in the Extensions tab in Safari preferences.
