Configure the schedule for an alert or alert template
The Schedule settings specify how long alerts remain active.
- Scroll down to theSchedulesection in the alert or alert template.
- In theAlert Durationfield, enter the amount of time the alert should be active. Use the drop-down list to specify whether the time is in minutes, hours, or days.
- Select theStart Time. ChooseSet during alert publishingorActivate Recurrence. SelectActivate Recurrenceif you want to create an alert that will be used more than once. If you select this option, additional fields appear. For details, see Activate recurrence.
- ClickPreview and Save.
- On the preview screen, review the template content.
- ClickSave.
