Steps to configure the Docs service in a BlackBerry UEM Cloud environment

Tenants that have enabled the BEMS Docs service in the UEM Cloud environment before May 2025, the Docs service will function as expected until December 1, 2025. Feature enablement for the Docs service has been disabled for all existing and new tenants. For more information, see the UEM Cloud Dynamics Docs service in UEM Cloud End-of-Life Notice.

When you configure the

BlackBerry Docs

service, you configure the following components:

Step	Action
	Enable the Docs service.
	Configure the Docs service settings.
	Create a trusted connection between the Docs service and Microsoft SharePoint.
	Manage Repositories.
	Assign the "Feature - Docs Service Entitlement (com.good.feature.share)" entitlement to users to allow BlackBerry Work Docs to connect to the Docs service.
