BlackBerry Workspaces
administrator account
BlackBerry Workspaces
administrator accountIn a
BlackBerry Workspaces
enabled tenant, a workspaces_admin_do_not_delete account is created and assigned the
workspaces.admin role. This account allows BlackBerry UEM Cloud
to authenticate with the BlackBerry Workspaces
server and successfully
enable users for the BlackBerry Workspaces
service. If you delete this account, communication between the
BlackBerry Workspaces
server and BlackBerry UEM Cloud
stops. If the account is
deleted, you must re-create the account and contact BlackBerry Technical Support Services
for further assistance.
