Getting started with
BlackBerry Workspaces

Users can log in and create their
BlackBerry Workspaces
accounts after the
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
administrator enables the service for the user in the
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
management console. When the
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
administrator enables the service for the user, the user receives a Welcome email. This email provides the web address for your organization's
BlackBerry Workspaces
instance. By default, the web address is https://<
custom_domain
>.<
FQDN of the BlackBerry Workspaces server
>.com.
Users and administrators can access the
BlackBerry Workspaces
web address directly after they create their
BlackBerry Workspaces
account. Users that create accounts without the
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
administrator enabling the service for them, receive only the Visitor rights and do not appear in the
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
management console until a document is shared with them or when
BlackBerry Workspaces
permissions are assigned to them.
