Viewing the
BlackBerry Workspaces
 information

In a
BlackBerry Workspaces
 enabled
tenant
, you will see the following
BlackBerry Workspaces
 information:
  • BlackBerry Workspaces
     page: You use this page to manage resources such as users, workspaces, distribution lists, and groups.
  • BlackBerry Workspaces
     settings page: You use this page to configure
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     settings such as adding watermarks to documents that are shared using
    BlackBerry Workspaces
    .
  • Enable the
    BlackBerry Workspaces
     service option when creating new user accounts or enabling existing user accounts.
It might take up to 24 hours after you enable the service for the
BlackBerry Workspaces
 information to appear in the
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
 console. For
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
 to recognize the
BlackBerry Workspaces
 service enablement sooner, complete the following steps:
  1. Log in to
    BlackBerry UEM Cloud
    .
  2. On the menu, click
    Settings > Licensing
    .
  3. Log out of
    BlackBerry UEM Cloud
    .
  4. Log in to
    BlackBerry UEM Cloud
    .
