The
BlackBerry AtHoc
mobile app shares the following types of information with BlackBerry AtHoc
servers:- Data shared by the user when registering the mobile app, including email address and the organization code used to connect to an organization.
- Device details for a user when registering the mobile app, including the device UDID (device name, manufacturer, carrier, and operating system.)
- When a user grants permission to share their location with the mobile app and performs a check-in, check-out, sends an emergency or report, or turns on tracking or scheduled location access, the location data is shared.
- Messages shared during a Collaboration. This data is encrypted end-to-end.

mobile app:- Alert and event notifications
- Mobile app configurations
- User profile information including first name and last name
- User contact information including email addresses and phone numbers
Data shared from
BlackBerry AtHoc
servers to the mobile app is not stored on the mobile app. This data is fetched via APIs.
