BlackBerry Work
and BlackBerry Connect
apps and choose the issues that you want to be reported.To enable
BlackBerry Work
or BlackBerry Connect
monitoring, you must edit the app configuration that is assigned to it.- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickApps.
- Click theBlackBerry WorkorBlackBerry Connectapp that you want to monitor.
- On theBlackBerry Dynamicstab, in theApp configurationtable, click the name of the app configuration that you want to edit.
- On thePerformance Reportingtab, configure any of the following:
- To specify whether to monitor the performance of the app, selectEnable Performance Reporting.
- To specify whether to report HTTP connection errors between the app and the specified application servers, selectHTTP Connection Error.
- To specify whether to report HTTP responses that are taking longer than the specified time, selectHTTP Response Timeand type the application server addresses to monitor.
- To specify whether to report a specified HTTP status code, selectHTTP Status Codeand type the application server addresses to monitor.
- To wait a certain amount of time before sending another report, selectDon't send reports for duration (in seconds)and type the amount of time.
- ClickSave.
