Troubleshooting: SMS/MMS log files

Log files don't contain outgoing SMS/MMS messages

In your organization's IT policy for 
 devices, the "Allow RCS features" and "Send SMS/MMS logs to UEM" options are selected and your organization's carrier supports Rich Communication Services (RCS).
Deselect the Allow RCS features option in your organization's IT policy and restart the affected device or stop and start the SMS messages app on the device.
