Enable services for a user
If
BlackBerry UEM
is enabled for one or more value-added services, you can enable a service for a user.- On the menu bar, clickUsers > All users.
- Search for a user account.
- In the search results, click the name of the user account.
- Perform any of the following tasks:TaskStepsEnable MDM services
- Click
on Managed devices. - If local groups exist inBlackBerry UEMand you want to add the user account to groups, in theAvailable groupslist, select one or more groups and click
. - Choose an option for the device activation password.
- ClickSave.
Enable theWorkspacesservice- Click on Workspaces.
- AssignWorkspacesroles.
- ClickSave.
Enable theEnterprise Identityservice- Click on Enterprise Identity.
- Select app groups.
- ClickAssign.
