Edit user account information
You can edit the following user information:
- Name, username, display name, and email address
- Group membership (membership to directory-linked groups cannot be changed)
- Account password for local user accounts
- User role
- If you defined custom variables, you can edit the variable information
You cannot edit the user details for the default administrative user or for users that use their
BlackBerry
Online account credentials. - On the menu bar, clickUsers > Managed devices.
- Search for a user account.
- In the search results, click the name of the user account.
- Click .
- Edit the user account information.
- ClickSave.
