Create a Shared iPad profile
- On the menu bar, clickPolicies and profile > Policy > Shared iPad.
- Click+.
- Type a name and description for the sharediPadprofile.
- In theQuota sizefield, specify in MB, the size of the quota for each user on the shared device. This setting takes precedence over the Resident users setting.
- In theResident usersfield, specify the number of users to partition the remaining device space for.
- Select theTemporary session onlyoption if you want the device to use only guest mode.
- In theTemporary session timeoutfield, specify in seconds the timeout for a temporary session.
- In theUser session timeoutfield, specify in seconds the timeout for a regular session.
