Edit the user membership for a shared device group
User membership for a shared device group specifies the list of users granted access to the shared devices activated for the group. Users can belong to one or more shared device groups.
- On the menu bar, clickDedicated devices > Shared device groups.
- Search for a shared device group.
- In the search results, click the name of the shared device group.
- In theGranted userssection, perform any of the following actions:
- To add a user to the group, search for the user and click their name in the list of search results.
- To remove a user from the group, click
in the Actioncolumn for the user and clickSubmit.
- Repeat step 4 for each user that you want to add or remove.
