Send a notification

Log in to 

UEM

 as an administrator.

On the 

UEM

 menu bar, click 

Notifications

.

Click 

New notification

.

On the 

New notification

 window, enter a title for your notification.

Optionally, enter the content of your notification in the 

Body

 field.

Select a severity from the 

Severity

 list.

Optionally, enter a URL in the 

Additional info link

 field if you want to include a link in your notification that your users can click on to see more information about your notification.

In the 

Target recipients

 section, select 

Groups

.

Click to select a group from the 

Available groups

 list. You can 

ctrl-click

 or 

shift-click

 to select multiple groups.

Click  to move the groups to the 

Selected groups

 window.

Select the delivery methods you want to use to send your notification. You can choose any combination of phone, email, or text messaging.

Click 

Send notification

. A pop-up message appears that indicates the total number of groups and end users your notification will be sent to.

When you are certain that your notification and targeted groups are correct, click 

Send Now

.
