Update your password
The information in the following topic is relevant only if you log in to Self Service manually using a username and password.
- ClickMy Profilein the top navigation bar. The My Profile screen appears, displaying all of your profile information.
- In thePasswordsection, click theEditlink.
- On theReset Passwordwindow, enter and confirm your new password.Any password rules that your organization has created will appear on the screen under the Confirm New Password field. If you fail to follow the rules, an error message will appear and your password will not be accepted.
- Optionally, if your system has reCAPTCHA enabled for user verification, select theI'm not a robotcheck box.
- ClickNext.
