commands to manage the list of allowed devices. To use the BlackBerry Gatekeeping Service
, you must configure Microsoft
IIS permissions. - If your organization usesMicrosoft Exchange Server, see Configure Microsoft Exchange to allow only authorized devices to access Exchange ActiveSync.
- If your organization usesMicrosoft Office 365, see Configure the mobile device access policy in Microsoft Office 365.
- On the computer that hosts theMicrosoftclient access server role, open theMicrosoft Internet Information Services(IIS) Manager.
- In the left pane, expand the server.
- ExpandSites>Default Web Site.
- Right-click the PowerShell folder. SelectEdit Permissions.
- Click theSecuritytab. ClickEdit.
- ClickAddand enter the <new_group> that was created when you configured theMicrosoft Exchangepermissions for gatekeeping.
- ClickOK.
- Confirm thatRead & execute,List folder contents, andReadare selected. ClickOK.
- Select thePowerShellfolder. Double-click theAuthenticationicon.
- SelectWindows Authentication. ClickEnable.
- Close theMicrosoft Internet Information Services(IIS) Manager.
