Import the certificate to the
BEMS
Windows
keystore

For the
Connect
service to trust the
BlackBerry Proxy
server’s certificate, you must import the
BlackBerry Proxy
certificate to the
Connect
service
Windows
keystore. Repeat this task on each
BEMS
instance.
Save a copy of the ca.cer certificate you exported to a convenient location on the computer that hosts
BEMS
. For instructions, see Export the BlackBerry Proxy certificate to the local computer.
  1. Open the
    Microsoft
    Management Console.
  2. Click
    Console Root
    .
  3. Click
    File > Add/Remove Snap-in
    .
  4. Click
    Certificates
    .
  5. Select
    Computer Account > Local computer > OK
    .
  6. Expand
    Certificates (Local Computer) > Trusted Root Certification Authorities
    .
  7. Right-click
    Certificates
    and click
    All Tasks > Import
    .
  8. Click
    Next
    .
  9. Browse to where you saved the certificate that you exported (for example <
    drive
    >:\bemscert\ca.cer). Click
    Open
    .
  10. Click
    Next
    .
  11. Click
    Finish
    . Click
    OK
