. - In theSupportsection, tapRun Diagnostics.
- TapStart Diagnostics.
- When the diagnostics are complete, clickShare Resultsand do one of the following:
- TapShare via emailto send an email message with the report details.
- TapSave to docsto save the report to your BlackBerry Docs repository.
