Organization settings
Tap an organization name on the home screen to open the Organization Details screen to access the following settings.
Name | Description |
---|---|
Organization Details | Displays information about the selected organization. |
Make this organization primary | This option is displayed if you are connected to multiple organizations. Select this option to make the selected organization your primary organization. The primary organization is the organization where advanced features including sending an alert, emergency, report, check-in, or check-out are performed. |
You Are Connected Using | Displays the email address you are using to connect to the selected organization. |
Keep my location in BlackBerry AtHoc updated | Updates the BlackBerry AtHoc system with your location when you respond to an alert or update your status. |
Biometric authentication | If enabled for your organization, the organization settings screen displays the option to enable biometric authentication. For more information, see Enable or disable biometric authentication. |
Available Features | Displays the list of available features and your current status (Enabled or Disabled) for each feature. Available features include: Alerts, Emergencies, Reports, Check In / Check Out, Tracking, Alert Publishing, and Collaboration.
If authentication is enabled in your system, your authentication type (Username and Password or Smart Card) is displayed. |
