Create a profile
- On the left pane, clickProfile.
- On theProfilepane, clickAdd.
- On theAdd Profilepage, enter a name.
- In thePlatformsection, select theAndroid EnterpriseandSamsung Knoxoptions.
- ClickSave & Set Policy.
- On theSet Policyscreen, clickSamsung Knox.
- On theKnox Service Plug-inpane, add the license key and turn Debug Mode ON.
- Enable device policy controls inside device-wide policies.
- Enable key mapping.
- Add the package name of the app you want to manage for the XCover and Top keys. Keep reset information as-is.
- ClickSave & Assign.
- Complete a factory restart on your device.
