An operator with any Alert Publisher role.
Why can’t I log in as an operator on the mobile app?
To log in, you must do the following:
- Have Alert Publisher permissions.
- Use either VPN or Wi-Fi connection to access yourBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system.The OnPremBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system is not publicly accessible from the mobile app.
Which alert templates should be visible in the app?
The app should show only alert templates that are enabled for quick publishing and are ready for publishing (all required sections are complete.)
