Configure hardware key mapping for Samsung Knox devices
Samsung Knox
devicesMobile app administrators can configure hardware key mapping for use with
Samsung Knox
devices. The
Samsung Galaxy
XCover Pro device has an XCover (Push-to-talk or PTT) key and a Top (emergency) key. The Samsung Galaxy
XCover 5 device has the XCover key only. The XCover key can be mapped to perform a BlackBerry AtHoc
mobile app check-in or check-out. The Top key can be mapped to send a BlackBerry AtHoc
mobile app emergency.End users can map these keys in the Advanced features settings on their
Samsung Knox
devices. BlackBerry AtHoc
administrators can map these keys in BlackBerry UEM or in the Samsung Knox
Manage Admin Portal and push them out to their managed devices.
