Alerting enhancements
  • Users can select templates from
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    that have the "Available for Quick Publish" option configured. Select the "Enable Alert Templates" option on the
    ServiceNow
    settings page to enable this feature.
  • Distribution lists from
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    can be selected in
    ServiceNow
    for targeting alerts. Select the "Enable Distribution Lists" option on the
    ServiceNow
    settings page to enable this feature.
  • A
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    logo button was added to enable sending an AtHoc alert from a
    ServiceNow
    Incident.

  • BlackBerry AtHoc

    applications now support domain separation.
  • BlackBerry AtHoc
    application-related data such as alerts (incidents), settings (device pairing, AtHoc-related), and diagnostic logs are all domain-aware.
  • Tenants' data in a domain related to
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    follows
    ServiceNow
    domain separation business logic.

    : The steps to configure the

    application in the ServiceNow instance were simplified. The Client ID, Client Secret, Token URL, and Redirect URL in the application registry are now automatically populated with the details saved in the Connection Settings page.

    : The Client ID and Client Secret fields were added to the Connection Settings page. The Organization ID and Scope fields were removed.
