On INFP 16 .NET build 6.0.0.115, when an alert is processed by the IIM, the relays on the PCIE-1762H pull correctly and the IIM inserts the pause before the audio is played, but once the delay is inserted, the CapCon service crashes.

The logging incorrectly displays that the LMR V2 Pre-Tone and Post-Tone played instead of displaying the appropriate error message.

The PTT relay turns ON as soon as an alert is downloaded to IIM instead of  being turned OFF and the log file has no record of switching the PTT relay to OFF.

After updating the LMR.ChannelGrant.Delay=600000MS(1min) and LMRBusyInput=high(ON), the relay channel grant takes six minutes to activate, instead of one minute.
