Enterprise Identity
management to BlackBerry UEM
managementIf your organization currently manages
BBM Enterprise
with Enterprise Identity
and is moving BBM Enterprise
management to BlackBerry UEM
, you must migrate your device to UEM

again.- Verify that you have aUEMuser account.
- Your device should have a good network connection.
- Sign in toBBM Enterpriseusing yourBlackBerry ID.
- UnderMy Profile, tapSettings>Account.
- TapMove account to UEM.
- TapMove account now.
- If you see the warning “This device is not your primary device. Do you want to set this device as your primary device and continue?”, tapOK.
- After your account is moved toUEM, continue to useBBM Enterpriseas usual. Log in using yourUEMcredentials.
