Verify that a device is allowed to access 
Exchange ActiveSync

  1. On the menu bar, click 
    Users > Managed devices
  2. Search for a user account.
  3. In the search results, click the name of a user account.
  4. Select the tab for the device that you want to verify.
  5. In the 
    IT policy and profiles
     section, if the device is allowed, 
    Connection allowed
     is displayed beside the email profile.
