If you have a BlackBerry UEM environment	In the BlackBerry UEM console, add the new computer hosting the Connect service instance to BlackBerry UEM . Add each new computer hosting the Connect instance to the BlackBerry Connect app settings.
If you have a Good Control environment	Whitelist each new Connect server host and port in Good Control . Configure each new Connect instance in Good Control for the BlackBerry Connect app.
