Complete this task only if your environment includes a
Microsoft Exchange Online
. If your environment uses an on-premises
Microsoft Exchange Server
, complete the instructions in "Obtain an Azure app ID for the BEMS-Docs component service" in the Configuring BlackBerry Docs content.
If you configure the
Connect
 service, you can enable the conversation history to allow users to access conversations that are saved in the Conversation History folder of the user's
Microsoft Exchange
 mailbox. Saving the conversational history is
