(Mail) log files provide diagnostic information to assist in troubleshooting and monitoring the service. These log files are located in the

BEMS

Karaf Console. To give login and configuration permissions to members of the administration group, see "Add dashboard administrators" in the BEMS Core content.

The log files are stored in the bemlogs. By default, the log files are located in:

C:\blackberry\bemslogs
