devicesIf you previously connected a
UEM
domain to a Google
domain and you want to connect a new UEM
domain, you must remove the existing connection. In the management console, on the menu bar, click Settings > External integration > Google domain connection
and remove the connection. You can also remove the connection from the Admin Settings in Google
Play
(https://play.google.com/work) using the same Google
account you used to create the connection. When you remove a connection, all devices that are activated with an Android Enterprise
activation type will be deactivated.- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickSettings > External integration > Android and Chrome Management.
- Do one of the following:TaskStepsUseAndroid Enterprisedevices that have managedGoogle Playaccounts.
- SelectAllow BlackBerry UEM to manage Google Play Accounts.
- ClickNext.
- In theBring Android to Workwindow, sign in using aGoogleaGoogleorGmailaccount. The account that you use will become the administrator account for the Bring Android to Work service.
- ClickGet Started.
- Type the name of your organization. ClickConfirm.
- ClickComplete registration.
Use aGoogledomain.- SelectConnect BlackBerry UEM to your existing Google domain.Note that you cannot shareGoogledomains between multipleUEMdomains. This option supportsAndroid EnterpriseandChrome OSEnterprise.
- ClickNext.
- Complete the fields to create a service account and clickNext.
- Do one of the following:
- To send app configuration details using theBlackBerry Infrastructure, selectSend app configuration using UEM Client.
- To send app configurations details using theGoogleinfrastructure, selectSend app configuration using Google Play.
- When prompted, clickAcceptto accept the permissions set for some or all of the displayedGoogleandBlackBerryapps.
- ClickDone.
- Complete the steps to activateAndroid Enterprisedevices. For more information about device activation, see Activating Android devices in the Administration content.
- You can edit theGoogledomain connection from Settings > External integration to change the type ofGoogledomain that you use or to test the domain connection.
- If you ever plan to decommission aUEMdomain that is connected to aGoogle, remove the connection before you decommission the domain (Settings > External integration > Google domain connection). You can also remove the connection from the Admin Settings inGoogle Play(https://play.google.com/work) using the sameGoogleaccount you used to create the connection. When you remove a connection, all devices that are activated with anAndroid Enterpriseactivation type will be deactivated.
