on-premises environments, you can configure the communication settings for BlackBerry
Dynamics
apps in your organization’s domain. The communication settings allow you to provide secure communication in your network using the protocol of your choice. By default, only TLS v1.2 is allowed. You can also allow TLSv1 and v1.1. You must select at least one protocol.- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickSettings > BlackBerry Dynamics > Communication settings.
- Configure the settings as necessary.
