Close alerts

Desktop alerts display as popup windows. After reading the alert, click the

Close

button (for informational alerts) or the

Acknowledge and Close

button (for emergency alerts).

In the following example, clicking the Acknowledge and Close button sends a response to the

BlackBerry AtHoc

system, which tracks, compiles, and reports all recipient responses.
