Edit an email template
If you decide to change a default email template, it is recommended that you save a back-up of the original template text in case you want to restore it later.
- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickSettings > General settings > Templates.
- Click the template that you want to edit.
- Edit theName,Subject, orMessagefields as necessary.
- ClickSave.
