app that is served from an app server or web server, you can specify the name of that server and the priority of the BlackBerry Proxy
clusters used for communication with it.- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickPolicies and profiles.
- ClickNetworks and connections > BlackBerry Dynamics connectivity.
- Click theBlackBerry Dynamicsconnectivity profile that you want to add an app server to.
- Click .
- UnderApp servers, clickAdd.
- Select theBlackBerry Dynamicsapp that you want to add an app server for.
- ClickSave.
- In the table for the app, click .
- In theServerfield, specify the FQDN of the app server.
- In thePortfield, specify the listening port of the app server.
- In thePrioritydrop-down list, specify the priority of the app or app entitlement. For example, if you have twoBlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Serverservers, and you prefer that all connections go toBEMS1 first, you specify theBEMS1 entry as the priority primary. You can then specify thatBEMS2 is always secondary.
- Select aRoute type.
- In thePrimarydrop-down list, specify the name of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that you want to set as the primary cluster.
- In theSecondarydrop-down list, specify the name of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that you want to set as the secondary cluster.
- ClickSave.
