View the list of personal apps in the management console
By default,
BlackBerry UEM
receives a list of the personal apps that are installed on devices activated with a supported activation type. You can Turn off personal apps collection.This feature is not supported on devices that are activated with the following activation types:
- iOSandAndroid:User privacy
- Android11 and later: Work and personal - full control (Android Enterprisefully managed device with work profile)
- Android:Work and personal - user privacy
- Samsung Knox:Work and personal - user privacy(Samsung Knox)
- iOSandAndroid: Device registration forBlackBerry 2FAonly
Create an activation profile with an activation type that supports
BlackBerry UEM
receiving a list of apps that are installed in the user's personal space and assign it to users or groups.- In the management console, on the menu bar, clickApps > Personal apps.
- To export the list of personal apps and related information to a .csv file, click .
- In theApp namecolumn for the app, click the app name.For the specified app, you can view the corresponding app details on the public app storefront, when applicable.
- In theInstalled #column for the app, click the installed number.For the specified app, you can view the user account and the device that the app is installed on.
