Complete this task on the Domain controller in your environment.
  1. Open the Run command.
  2. Type
    schmmgmt.msc
    . Press
    Enter
    .
  3. In the left navigator window, click
    Active Directory Schema
    .
  4. In the middle window, double-click
    Attributes
    .
  5. Double-click
    Mail
    .
  6. Select the
    Replicate this attribute to the Global Catalog
     checkbox. Click
    OK
    .
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the following attributes:
    • msRTCSIP-PrimaryUserAddress
    • msRTCSIP-UserEnabled
    • msRTCSIP-DeploymentLocator
    • telephoneNumber
    • displayname
    • title
    • mobile
    • givenName
    • sn
    • sAMAccountName
