Contact your
BlackBerry
 representative to obtain the entitlement for
BlackBerry Analytics
. The information for the entitlement that you receive in the management console is:
  • App name:
    BlackBerry Analytics
     entitlement
  • BlackBerry Dynamics
     entitlement ID: com.blackberry.gdservice-entitlement.analytics
  1. Entitle users for
    BlackBerry Analytics
    . You can choose to entitle all users, specific user groups, or specific user accounts based on your organization's needs. After entitling users and groups, it may take up to 24 hours for the accounts and data to be ready.
