Manage Focus mode

You can change
BlackBerry Work
 behaviors and filter notifications on your
iOS
 16 device based on your device's Focus mode. With Focus mode,
BlackBerry Work
 allows you to create a filter that automatically enables or disables certain application settings when a given Focus mode is enabled. The battery saver settings of
BlackBerry Work
 can also be managed using Focus mode.
  1. Complete any of the following tasks:
    Task
    Steps
    Create a filter
    1. On your device's Settings screen, tap
      Focus > Do Not Disturb
      .
    2. Under the Allow Notifications section, tap
      Apps
      .
    3. With
      Allow Notifications From
       selected, tap
      Add Apps
       and select
      BlackBerry Work
      .
    4. Under the Focus Filters section, tap
      Add Filter
      .
    5. Select
      BlackBerry Work
       and enable the following options you desire:
      • Battery saver
      • Enable Reminders
      • Only Accepted Events
      • Exclude Private Events
    6. Tap
      Add
      .
    Edit a filter
    1. On your device's Settings screen, tap
      Focus > Do Not Disturb
      .
    2. Under the Focus Filters section, tap the filter you want to edit.
    3. Toggle any of the options you want to edit.
    4. Tap
      Done
      .
    Delete a filter
    1. On your device's Settings screen, tap
      Focus > Do Not Disturb
      .
    2. Under the Focus Filters section, tap the filter you want to delete.
    3. Tap
      Delete Filter
      .
