You can receive notifications of new email messages for any mailboxes that have been shared with you.
Before you can turn on notifications for a shared mailbox in
BlackBerry Work
, you must complete the following tasks:
- In theBlackBerry Dynamics Launcher, tap
. - In the Notifications & Sounds section, tapMail.
- In theOther Emailsection, slide theShared mailboxes notificationsoption to ON.To receive notifications for shared mailboxes,BEMS2.10 or later is required. If you do not see this option, contact your administrator to confirm the version ofBEMSbeing used with your account.
