Options for installing and activating the BlackBerry Connect app

, it must be activated using activation credentials (for example, access key, activation password, or QR code). The steps that users take to install BlackBerry Connect

apps. The following options are available for activating the
BlackBerry Connect
app on iOS
and Android
devices:- Install and activateBlackBerry Connectwhen theBlackBerry UEM Clientor anotherBlackBerry Dynamicsapp is already activated and acts as an easy activation delegate: This option provides users with a consistent, streamlined activation experience. Users need only their email address and an activation password and do not require an access key or QR code. Users must install theBlackBerry UEM Clientto activate their devices with MDM. For this option to be available to users, you must allow theBlackBerry UEM Clientto manage the activation ofBlackBerry Dynamicsapps.
