Securely copy and paste text between
BlackBerry Access
 and
Microsoft 365
 files

  • Your administrator must enable this feature.
  • Verify that you have the
    BlackBerry BRIDGE
     app installed and activated. For more information, see the
    BlackBerry BRIDGE
     content    .
  • Verify that the
    Microsoft Intune
     Company Portal app from
    Google Play
     is installed on your device.
  1. Complete one of the following:
    Task
    Steps
    Copy and paste text from the
    BlackBerry Access
     browser to a
    Microsoft 365
     file.
    1. In the
      BlackBerry Access
       browser, double-tap and hold the text you want to copy. If necessary, move the pins to adjust the selection.
    2. Tap
      Microsoft 365 Copy
      .
      BlackBerry BRIDGE
       displays briefly and securely transfers the copied content.  
    3. Open the destination
      Microsoft 365
       file (for example,
      Microsoft Word
      ).
    4. Tap and hold where you want to paste the text, and tap
      Paste
      .
    5. If prompted, tap
      Allow Paste
      .
    Copy and paste text from a
    Microsoft 365
     file to the
    BlackBerry Access
     browser.
    1. In a
      Microsoft 365
       file, double-tap and hold the text you want to copy. If necessary, move the pins to adjust the selection.
    2. Tap
      Copy
      .
    3. Open
      BlackBerry Access
      , tap and hold where you want to paste the text.  
    4. Tap
      Microsoft 365 Paste
      .
      BlackBerry BRIDGE
       displays briefly and securely transfers the copied content.
    5. If prompted, tap
      Allow Paste
      .
