: As of November 2024, the OS of the

CentOS

CylancePROTECT
compatibility

now supports

agent version 3.2 and 3.3.

Security enhancements
: This release includes several security enhancements.

Docker containers
: Docker containers have been upgraded.

Certificate cipers:
A new network connection mode, modern, has been added in the Settings console to support certificate ciphers TLS 1.2+.

Postgresql compatibility
:

CylanceON-PREM

now requires Postgresql version 14.12.

Fixed Issues

When an administrator changed their password to a previously used password, the console displayed an "Unexpected System Error. Please try again" error message instead of the expected message "The new password cannot be the same as the last 10 passwords." (VL-3357)

Known Issues

When an administrator changes policy and device tags on a device, only the device tag is updated if the changes are saved once. The policy change is only applied if the changes are saved a second time instead of both being saved simultaneously. (VL-3365)

Workaround: To ensure that both policy and device tag changes are applied, you must click

Save

twice when modifying settings for a device.
