- In the search results, click the username.
- On theUser summaryscreen, click theBlackBerry Workspacesicon. To enable the user for theBlackBerry Workspacesservice, the user account must have an associated email address.
- In theEnable BlackBerry Workspacesdialog box, select one or more user roles and click .
