Validation error message (Macintosh only)

If your account has been disabled, the following error message appears when you click the Desktop App icon and select 

Access Self Service

 from the drop-down menu that appears: 

Error: Error encountered retrieving User Attributes Info.

To correct this problem, contact your 

BlackBerry AtHoc

 administrator and have them re-enable your user account.
