Reset your forgotten password

The information in the following topic is relevant only if you log in to Self Service manually using a username and password.
  1. On the login screen, click 
    Forgot Password?
     under the 
    Password
     field.
  2. On the 
    Reset Password
     screen, enter your email address.
  3. If your system has reCAPTCHA enabled for user verification, select the 
    I'm not a robot
     check box. 
  4. Click 
    Submit
    .
    An email containing a reset password link is then sent to your email address.
  5. Open the email, then click the link embedded within the body of the message. A 
    Reset Password
     screen appears.
  6. Enter your new password, then re-enter the password to confirm it.
  7. Click 
    Next
    .
    If your password meets the requirements set by your administrator in terms of length and complexity, a confirmation screen appears, informing you that your password has been reset.
  8. Click 
    Go to Login
     to log in.
