Reset your forgotten password
The information in the following topic is relevant only if you log in to Self Service manually using a username and password.
- On the login screen, clickForgot Password?under thePasswordfield.
- On theReset Passwordscreen, enter your email address.
- If your system has reCAPTCHA enabled for user verification, select theI'm not a robotcheck box.
- ClickSubmit.An email containing a reset password link is then sent to your email address.
- Open the email, then click the link embedded within the body of the message. AReset Passwordscreen appears.
- Enter your new password, then re-enter the password to confirm it.
- ClickNext.If your password meets the requirements set by your administrator in terms of length and complexity, a confirmation screen appears, informing you that your password has been reset.
- ClickGo to Loginto log in.
