, verify that the following are all true:- TheBlackBerry AtHocserver is installed on a server connected to the network and is accessible to you.
- The system has Internet Explorer version 10 or higher, or any version of the following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.
- TheBlackBerry AtHocadministrator has provided you with the following:
- The URL (an Internet address) for accessing theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system
- ABlackBerry AtHocusername and password, or a smart card
If the system has Internet Explorer, log in will not occur when the content advisor filter is set to specific values.
- Contact your administrator to get theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system address.
- Open a web browser and navigate to theBlackBerry AtHocURL.
- ClickAcceptto agree to the terms of the Security Disclaimer. Note that if you selectDecline, you cannot useBlackBerry AtHoc.
- After you accept the security policy, the login screen fields become accessible.
- Do one of the following:
- Log in Manually:
- Type yourusernameand yourpassword, which is case sensitive.
- ClickLog In.
- Insert your smart card and clickAccess Smart Card.
- If a disclaimer screen displays immediately after you clickLog In, read it, then clickOK.TheBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system homepage displays.
